Initial Visit
The overall visit will consist of New Patient Forms, Consultation, Examination, and Treatment. The initial visit usually takes from 40 - 60 minutes to complete.

New Patient Forms
The first step of the New Patient process is filling out new patient forms. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment, in order to fill out the paperwork. It is asked that all new patients also bring your ID or other form of photo identification. If you plan on using insurance, please bring your insurance card with you for the first visit.

Consultation
During the consultation, Dr. Murphy or Dr. Frazier will listen and address your concerns, as well as your goals for the visit.

Examination
During the examination, Dr. Murphy or Dr. Frazier will perform and complete a thorough comprehensive examination to get a better understanding of your baseline before treatment.

Treatment
Following the consultation and examination, Dr. Murphy or Dr. Frazier will make a personalized recommendation for your treatment plan and healthcare goals. If the doctors feel that it is safe and effective for the patient to receive treatment during the initial visit, they will perform said treatment.
